I was just being asked a challenging question
“How to get rid of the page number for appendix??”
Which means, I want to keep the page number for my first part of document.. but I don’t want the page number to show for appendix.. Hmm.. I never ever thought I needed this function.. but anyway, I have to think because this is for my HRM report…
I have thought a few methods such as changing the font colour and see if there is any function to get rid of it… Finally!! I came out with a method… create a text box by: Insert-> Textbox-> Horizontal/Vertical… then put it in over your page number.. As the text box shows border, right click to Format Text box then at the colours & line tab, go to the line section and change the colour to No Fill… in this case.. the text box is undetectable..
I know it sounds unprofessional.. but it works!! haha.. now I have another question.. how to start page 1 at the 6th page of the document?? that means not including the contents and so on… let me know if you have the answer…
